The Formula

Three (3) capsules of continual cleanse contain:
Rice Bran 790mg
Glycine 500mg
L-Glutamine 300mg
Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 250mg
Proprietary non-dairy Probiotic Blend (lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, and fructo-oligosaccharides) 100mg
Organic Flaxseed Concentrate 100mg
Magnesium (as aspartate) 100mg
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 100mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids 100mg
Broccoli seed extract (standardized to 10% sulphoraphane glucosinolate) 100mg
Taraxacum officinale: Dandelion root powder 25mg
Cynara scolymus: Artichoke leaf extract (4:1) 25mg
Calcium D-Glucarate 50mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 50mg
Taurine 50mg
Camellia sinensis: Green tea leaf extract (standardized to 15% polyphenols) 15mg

Adult Dosage:

Take three (3) capsules daily, without food.

I am in awe!
I am 55 and have had trouble with constipation and bloating all my life. The past couple of years I have had to resort to laxatives 1-2 times per week.
I took my first dose of Continual Cleanse yesterday and had 3 bm's before my dose today.
I feel much better and not bloated already. I am so happy to find something I can take daily and know it is not going to hurt my intestines, but actually help them remove the toxins I ingest. So, as of today I am totally sold on this product.
If things change I will write another review. Thank you Genuine Health!

it's the start of my road
okay so I am on the late morning of day 4 of using continual cleanse (Genuine Health). So far I am pretty suprised, yesterday I felt bloated and completely crampy but realized in the last few days i have not been drinking nearly as much water as i normally do. Usually I consume 2-4 L a day. This morning i woke drank one 600mL glass and an hour later took 3 Daily Detox with an additional 600mL glass and now after a calm bathroom pit stop, I feel good. Not bloated, not crampy, and happier with the fact that i realized that water is helping the process if thI cleanse. But being a young adult Gastrial problems and IBS I am far from regular, and far from "normal" in this department so time will tell but on day 4 I feel good. It is still early so I give 3 stars...for now
