David Langer - Athlete Action Sports professional athlete and filmmaker. Born and raised in Fullerton, California and now residing in Maui, Hawaii and traveling extensively in pursuit of his passion. I am so in love with the protein powders after many other products over the years have not worked as well and of course, were not vegan. Dairy products seem to clog me up a bit and thus whey powders will not work with me. I love the Omegas, the multis and the joint recovery as well. Emily Baadsvik - Women’s Bobsleigh Team Emily Baadsvik is the breakman for Canada’s current Canada 3 Women’s Bobsleigh Team. Growing up in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Emily played a multitude of sports which continued on through her University days at Mount Allison University, where she was named Most Valuable Player for her accomplishments on the rugby field. After graduation, with the hopes of pursuing Canada’s National Women’s rugby team, Emily headed west to Alberta. It was there that Emily first encountered the sport of Bobsleigh, and since attending her first camp in 2010 has quickly moved up the ranks from competing in local Alberta races, to the America’s Cup circuit and pushing for world class athletes such as Gold & Silver Medalists Kallie Humphries and Helen Upperton. With the Sochi 2014 Olympics in her sights, Emily is dedicated to the pursuit of health, fitness and the passion of making her dreams a reality. |

Hiking Divas This woman’s hiking group includes members from San Diego, Tulsa, Scottsdale, Toronto and Caledon. Active local hikers, the Divas also get together for one week a year to challenge themselves and the terrain. Group trips have included Alaska, British Columbia, Lake Tahoe and recently, Utah. Hiking, canyoneering, biking, kayaking, rock climbing are just part of the fun. Recently, they spent a week hiking Bryce Canyon and Zion in beautiful Utah, with the help of fast joint care+. |
