Adult Dosage:

Take two (2) softgels twice daily with food.

Healthy Test Results
Both my husband and I have been taking Genuine Health o3mega extra strength fish oil for six months. Our lab tests came back with amazing results. The doctor said to us, "Just keep doing the same thing you have been doing," and that was taking our fish oil. That was the only change we did in our lives and this is the first fish oil that has changed our test results. I put my daughter on it for 6 months prior to her lab work as a test, and she also had a big difference in her results. I have taken fish oil for years and this is the first one that we have seen any results. Thank you for making such a high quality, great product.

    How do you know whether you need o3mega or o3mega extra strength? I'm not sure which one is better to purchase. Can you get 'too much' omega 3's? Thank you for your time!!

    Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Genuine Health. O3mega+ extra strength contains a higher dosage of EPA/DHA and is targeted more so for cardiovascular support. 2g of EPA and DHA combined is usually recommended as the maximum.

    Why don't you state upfront on your website (and bottle label) where the Omega-3 Supplement is EE or TG based. Had to pull up the IFOS Lab Analysis to see that is clearly states EE Softgel.

    Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Genuine Health. Most, but not all, of Genuine Health's fish oils are in the EE form, but as this is not relevant to product quality or efficacy, we don’t include this on the product label. The difference between EE and TG seems to be a topic of interest to position EE or TG as better than the another. We are not interested in hiding the fact that we use both TG and EE oils, but on the other hand, we are not interested in elevating the myth that one is better than another, particularly when consumed over extended periods.
