Surprisingly wonderful
I started this product just under 4 weeks ago for general health reasons. I wasn't expecting anything miraculous, but thought that it might be good for me in the long run. I was pleasantly surprised after about 2 weeks to notice that my hair was shinier and fuller than normal, and most amazingly, that the acne that has plagued me on and off since I was 13 started to disappear. I'm amazed every morning when I look in the mirror, as my skin keeps getting better and better. I've been disappointed by every acne product under the sun, so this was a really wonderful surprise. I only wish that a doctor had told me years ago about the benefits of omega 3s!

Great
I am in my early twenties and battling some inflammation on my cheeks which I thought was Rosacea, but my derm ruled that out. It's not really bad, and nothing that I should really complain about but like anything, it's a hassle dealing with after spending my teen years with perfect skin not to mention the self esteem issues since im so fair skinned.
I started using this product back in October and remember my skin becoming more and more rash free as the months flew by. I ran out in December (I only took 1-2 a day) and my brother bought me cheap, generic fish oil pills which I had been using since January with little to no effect. (i didnt want to waste them).
I just recently started a new bottle of these pills and cannot wait for the results.

THE BEST EVER
I love this product and ALSO perfect skin. I used both these products and have been for the last 2 months. I kid you not, no more acne, beautiful skin and younger looking too. THE BEST PRODUCT EVER.

My winter skin problems vanished
I developed dry itchy patches of skin this winter which I had never experienced before. I went to the health food store and they recommended this product. About five days after using this supplement my skin cleared up. When I finished the bottle I didn't buy another. After about three days without taking the supplement my hands got very dry again and my skin started to get itchy. I ran out and purchased another bottle. Within a day my symptoms lessened. This product really works.

Love it
I love the fact that not only am I getting a daily dose of EFA's but there are other skin protecting/improving ingredients in the formula. I have been using o3mega+glow for several months and love the way my skin looks and feels!!

Absolutely Fabulous!
I take this as well as multi+daily glow along with perfect skin. My skin feels healthy, firm, radiant, and it glows. I have no pimples (except for the odd one) no acne, nor uneven skin tone. Genuines Health's whole line of products are natural & vitamin/mineral enriched, and i believe they all work fantasic!

Awesome stuff
My skin looks amazazazazing, which it shouldn't because
A) Jet lag
B) I just moved to Canada & there is so much stress with all the unpacking & whatnot
and
C) Lots of late nights.
Been taking this for about 2 weeks.
btw don't bother spending $ on this if u don't plan to health-ify your diet.
saturated fats compete with the (good) omega fats for absorption.
V. happy with the purchase.
