If an ingredient does not pass the applicable test requirements and rigorous specifications, then it will not be used in our products. Our testing rigor applies to all ingredients in all products, regardless of their origin. We source ingredients from around the world.
Based on experience, we strongly believe that the highest quality sources, combined with rigorous, science-driven processes and standards are the best way to assure total quality; efficacy, purity, and safety. Manufacturing Process Quality Control and Assurance
Genuine Health uses only Site Licensed and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant manufacturers inspected by either the US FDA or the Canadian NHPD.
Selection and Testing
Our ingredient selection process involves a range of criteria and a broad battery of tests. We then ensure that quality is maintained by an on-going Quality Assurance Testing Program. Tests above must also be done on the final product (even after the individual ingredients pass their quality tests).
Fish Oil Product Quality Assurance
Our pharmaceutical grade fish oils are derived from pure, wild, sustainable sources, which are molecularly distilled and strictly tested to meet the highest quality and purity standards. Our fish oils are pharmaceutical grade and have been independently tested by The International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS), administered by the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
