Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including all territories and possessions, APOs and PO boxes. Please see our Shipping Rates & Policies for more information.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, and then the length of time for delivery depends on your location and the method of shipping. For more information including a delivery days map for UPS orders, click here.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept both Visa and MasterCard via our secure on-line payment system. As soon as your credit card has been charged, our warehouse receives your order for shipment. You must prepay your order via this method – we do not accept other forms of payment at this time.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Our website is secure and we use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal and financial information. Furthermore, all customer information is maintained in a secure data environment, using industry standard secure encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data. What if I need to make a return?
We accept returns via a simple, on-line return procedure. Simply login and make a Return Authorization Request which is immediately emailed to us. One of our Customer Service team will get back to you via e-mail with a Return Authorization number and other required details in order to accept your return. Please note, shipping charges are not refunded and the cost to return your product to us will be at your own expense.
What do you use my personal information for?
In the course of using our website, you will fill out an account profile and enter order fulfillment details so that you can request information from us, purchase our products or use our services. This data also helps us learn more about our customers, so that we can better serve your needs.
We use your customer information to process your order successfully, and never share this data with others. Your e-mail address is used to send and receive order confirmations, shipment confirmations (allowing you to track your order), and for us to correspond with you about your order and account status when necessary.
