    Recommended Use: Source of essential amino acids involved in protein synthesis. Source of the amino acid lysine to help collagen formation.

    Adult Dosage: Add one scoop (10.89 g) per day to a hot or cold beverage of your choice and shake or stir until fully dissolved.

    Ingredients: Hydrolized collagen (fish skin)

    Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, natural lemon flavour, natural lime flavour, monk fruit extract, Stevia Rebaudiana leaf extract.

    Are the fish sourced sustainably?

    Yes! clean collagen, marine is consciously sourced from sustainably caught fish scales and skins that would have otherwise been discarded. The important thing to note is that we are using by-products of the fishing industry. The fish are sustainably caught by fisheries that operate under government quotas to avoid overfishing.

    Are the fish in clean collagen, marine wild or farmed? What exact fish are used?

    The fish are wild caught in the North Atlantic Ocean and surrounding cold-water seas. The fish skins that we use come from cod, pollock and haddock.

    Is clean collagen safe for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women?

    We recommend consulting with a healthcare practitioner before starting any new supplement when pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

    Is the Lemon Lime lightly flavoured clean collagen formulated differently from the unflavoured?

    No! The only difference is the flavour. We wanted you to be able to enjoy collagen easily while on the go. We took our marine clean collagen and lightly flavoured it with delicious Lemon Lime to make it easy to add to water. Since hydrating is essential to healthy skin, we wanted to make it easier to get both water and collagen together!

    Is clean collagen made from collagen peptides?

    Yes! Hydrolyzed collagen and collagen peptides are the same thing. If you see either on-pack, it means that the collagen is predigested so it’s better absorbed.

    When is the best time to take collagen—with or without food?
