sleep+ time release
Fall asleep faster. Stay asleep longer.
The powerful combination of passionflower and time-release melatonin to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer – and wake up feeling refreshed.
It all starts with better sleep
Sleep is an essential part of our overall health. A good sleep can improve our mood and energy, physical and mental performance and immune function – yet many of us struggle to get a good night’s rest.
Made with the effective combination of passionflower and time-release melatonin, sleep+ time release targets the two main reasons why we don’t sleep well: difficulty falling asleep, and difficulty staying asleep.
Passionflower is a herb that helps to relax and calm the mind so you fall asleep with greater ease. Clinical studies show that passionflower also reduces anxiety and distress.
Time-release melatonin ensures the peak release of the melatonin 3-3.5 hours after it is taken, allowing you to stay asleep through the night. Deep restorative sleep cycles are integral to immune function, tissue repair, and wellbeing and mental outlook.
One capsule before bedtime will provide a deeper more restful sleep, reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and the number of awakenings during sleep – and a refreshed feeling when you wake up!
sleep+ time release is non-habit forming and can also be used to provide relief of jet lag-related fatigue.
Recommended Use: Fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer. Also relieves jet lag related fatigue.

- Product Q&A
There is 3 mg of melatonin in each capsule of sleep+ time release.
We recommend that you consult your health care provider to determine if sleep+ time release is right for you. We are not able to suggest safe usage with prescribed medications.
Absolutely. Passionflower helps you to fall asleep more easily, while the time-release melatonin will help you stay asleep.
sleep+ time release is definitely safe to take every night. Melatonin has been used safely without adverse effects (including absence of resistance) in studies spanning over 3.5 years.
The content per capsule is 72.3mg of sugar cane and 6.3mg of corn starch.
Both are used to ensure the pellets break down at the appropriate time in the body (passionflower immediately and melatonin time released so you relax and fall asleep quickly and the melatonin releases when your body needs it in the sleep cycle), while the corn starch also reduces pellet stickiness. These amounts are so small they are not a concern.
Sleep can be complex, and we’re all different – there are multiple variables in sleep quality and quantity, making it nearly impossible to predict long-term needs regarding supplementation for any specific person. However, the internal “sleep clock” can be reset with melatonin support in the short-term, so you may find sleep is improved after you stop taking sleep+ time release, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider.
sleep+ time release has been formulated based on science, and is designed to be effective with a single (1 capsule) dose. We cannot advise a dosage over what is recommended on the label. Please ask your natural health care practitioner for a recommendation.
There is a caution for pregnancy and breastfeeding. This caution is a Health Canada requirement and one you will find on the majority of products in our industry with compliant labels. The government takes a very cautious approach with this delicate population and requires this warning on almost all ingredients as no testing has been done.
sleep+ time release contains passionflower and melatonin and should not be taken when breastfeeding unless under the supervision of your doctor.
From the information we have obtained, this amount of melatonin helps to achieve restorative sleep cycles and have no connection to causing nightmares.
